I have two words for you, people. . .PANNA COTTA! My friend Bev and I had dinner in Alpharetta at Vinny's one night and rather than sharing the ubiquitous Creme Brulee, we opted for something we've never had before. Oh my! It was yummy. PANNA COTTA

1 1/4 Cups Whipping Cream
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 (1/4 oz) packet of gelatin
1 3/4 Cups Buttermilk
