Avery Gets Married!

Here's the wedding of the century -- in kindergarten no less. Notice he looks a bit happier than she does? That's what a marriage planned by your kindergarten teachers does to you.

 

Here's her real fella -- Bryson. He was not happy having to be the best man while his girl married someone else.

Actually, Avery and Ismael were standins for the letters Q & U -- who got married in a very fancy ceremony at Avery's school.

Vows were spoken...with great sincerity...and both "U" and "Q" agreed to forsake all other vowels and consonants and stay together (in the alphabet) forever and ever.

Here's the wedding party. Avery is so diplomatic, keeping peace among the men with her arms flung around them both....that girl!!!!


The best part....there was a REAL WEDDING CAKE! It took the sting outta having to marry the wrong guy.

Avery was so lucky to have Ms. Nichols as her teacher -- she's 70 (I think) and retired this year. She's been doing the "wedding" for years. It was her "thing" at school. She had the wedding dress (yeah) and all her props, so that made it really easy (please don't think we're that put together).

OMG... that's precious. Now you realize she will remember this and when the "real" time comes the expectations will be very high!!! Ha Ha... Oh but I know you will love that!
