Waaaahhhhhhhhh!
Mondays should not be this hard. . .up at 5:30, work by 6:30 so I could "practice" my role in our pitch today. I mean, who can remember what they prepared on Friday. I couldn't even remember where I put the darn thing (for some reason in my outbox) and spent 30 minutes trying to find it. My able assistant Molly finally found it when she took her things from the outbox. By that time, it was like. . .so what, whatever, it is what it is! All went well anyway. By the time all four of us got back to the office, we were all beat.
OK, so Serenbe is so fantastic. Visit the site at www.serenbe.com. There was a write up in the Atlanta Journal this weekend and supposedly write ups to come in the NY Times and WSJ. So, to me that means the prices will probably go up. Here are a few shots.
A perfect place to rest along the path. Miles of paths for walking, horseback riding, 22 acres planted in wildflowers called "Wildflower Meadow", of course.
The road less traveled. Miles and miles of paths are hidden behind houses, meadows, etc. You just come upon them (I will have to have a GPS everytime I leave the house.)
The Blue Eyed Daisy Bakery. Man must have sustenance to walk all these paths! The carrot cake was yummy.
The financial committee deep in conversation with our real estate agent, Sandra (standing). That's my brother and his wife on right (Johnny and Becky), very savvy knowledgeable buyers on left (Michael and Eleanor). I'm taking the picture, of course. Their job is to find any and every reason to talk some sense into me. They failed (I think).
